Good afternoon, I recently received a PCN from CPM – UK Car Park Management and would like some advice on whether I have grounds for an appeal.The driver entered the estate parking but did not check the signage. A passenger exited the vehicle to drop keys to a tenant and stayed near the car, chatting. The driver stayed inside the vehicle the entire time and did not park in any of the bays. The only photos included in the PCN show the car entering and exiting the estate parking, but none of it being parked. Letter stayed being parked on private land.Entry time: 15:19:54
