Thank you, what would I need to include in the appeal apart from the evidence I have regarding the sign and attempt to register the vehicle? Is there anything that would go along with this?

Thank you for swift reply. Unfortunately I didn't note down the exact wording as it was done through their appeals page on the website which only sent a confirmation email and didn't include the wording of the appeal.

However, it explained that the car was parked to charge and the instructions were followed according to the sign but error messages were being received which showed the location wasn't recognised but is the one on the sign.

Pictures were provided to go along with this which I also provided above.

A popla code is on the reply letter.

Would best course of action along with the evidence be to submit an appeal through them?

I know it sounds like an insignificant amount but for some it's just not feasible at times.

In the meantime I'll take your advice and look up some other popla appeals on here and get some knowledge on what to potentially expect.

Thank you again

Hello all,

The car in question is electric and when using the car park at the Harvester in Swindon it was signposted to text a number with your reg to authorise parking out of hours as the sign in the pics show.

The driver had done this, however, received an error message back. Tried again, same thing. The driver was basically stuck with very low charge and couldn't feasibly leave the car park without charging due to other chargers in area being down.

Entry to the car park was 7:54 and exit upon charge completion was 8:40.

I am the registered keeper with all docs in possession.

The initial letter has been appealed and a response given which is also pictured below. The appeal gave pictures from below showing attempts to register and also the sign in the car park.
Kind regards all, and thank you in advance!
Sorry the pics are so big, not sure how to change that!
