Also, on the original PCN it states " If the penalty charge is not paid before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date of service of this notice, an increased charge of £195.00 maybe payable."

Under serction 4(8)(a)(v) it states as follows :that, if the penalty charge is not paid before the end of the 28 day period, an increased charge may be payable;

Is their a Difference in "maybe" and "may be" which would add to the invalidity?

Thanx for getting back to me, not really understanding what you are saying though sorry for my ignorance.

I should contest all 3 via adjudicator? And my argument should be based on the adam jones vs Havering ruling?

If you dont mind can you explain more?

@Hippocrates any advice? It seems they dont agree with your argument of invalid.

@Hippocrates I got 3 rejection letters for these pcns saying they believe the PCN complies. Any advice? They have given 14 days to pay £65 etc or go to an adjudicator.

Council incompetence as usual.....

Have done this reply for all 3. Will update when i hear back.

Hi,
Received three PCNs for 52m on cornwall Road in haringey all over a period of 10 days.
14 days from the first one arriving is due to end tomorrow (11/03).

Any advice here please??
