Yes i was parked on a cycle lane for about 3 hours. I was running the Cambridge half marathon;- i had paid for parking via JustPark however the road leading into the space were blocked off. After 20 minutes of searching, I was running late for the start of the race and decided to park anywhere i could which happened to be on a cycle lane.

Was fully expecting a financial penalty and happy to pay it but didnt realise there was something called a "warning PCN".

and when i log in online it clearly states the o/s amount is zero

Hi, i received a PCN from Cambrdige Council on 09/03/2025 however it is zero ovalue.

When logging in their website it shows a balance of £0 and there is not an option to pay.

When calling their automated line the electronic telephonic responses state "our records show ticket numbet XXX is already paid".

I'm slightly at a loss to what do in this situation as im assuming the ticketing agent simply made a mistake.
