Hi, thanks for the help. I parked on 23rd February at around 9pm. I did not see a suspension sign and remember double checking to make sure I was in the space correctly. This is still within the 72 hours. I do hold the necessary permit.

Does the below work (I need to fill in the PCN numbers)?

"I Parked at 9pm on 25th with my permit on display. The sign was not erected until after I parked and given this was no more than 51 hours before the suspension came into effect invalidates every PCN. Please check your records on when this was erected and which cars were parked at the time before revoking the PCNs.

Specifically as regards PCNs **** and **** issued on 27 and 28 Feb. respectively, your photos show that my car had not moved and therefore these penalties are in respect of a continuous contravention and for this reason should be cancelled."

Thank you

Is there anything such as previous cases, etc I should quote when challenging the second two? Or just state that they had already issued a fine which is a continuous contravention and their remedy should be
to relocate or impound the vehicle.

On all tickets I should just state that I was legally parked before the suspension and for them to confirm when the sign went up and tell them to check the log they take of cars in bay. And tell them to cancel once they see my car was already parked?

Are appeals usually successful on the basis that they were parked legally before the suspension?

Thank you for your reply.  :)

I have been here unfortunately. I checked the car on a few occasions from the back as I walked past the street and did not notice any suspensions or the tickets. I walked round the front of the car yesterday and saw the tickets. Lesson learnt that I need to walk up to my car every other day to check my car for suspensions - it is difficult to do so when you are parking well away from your flat and not walking past your car each day.

Is there any defence to the multiple tickets? I would expect a parking enforcement officer to try and clear the bay by contacting me as opposed to visiting at 7am every morning to put a fresh ticket on (clearly the bay wasn't needed to be suspended). Is there a one per day limit as 7am is not even within parking hours?

I parked my car on Sunday 23rd February on a street nearby my flat. I do not live on the street. Today (9th March) I noticed that I have 3 PCNs on my car for parking in a suspended bay. There were no suspended notifications when I parked there. Wondering whether I have a case. This happened to me where I used to live but they called me as they needed me to actually move my car. This time they have gone there at 7am each morning to ticket me on the following days.
