Thank you for your help.
I just followed that link and from what I gathered from it, i read a reply from user "B789" that this form shouldn't be completed, but an email be sent instead.

Is this still the case with my case? if so, will the email template B789 posted the same what i will need to send?
Thank you in advance. Just a bit nervous now as the deadline is approaching very soon.

This will have to go to the adjudicator now if I don't go for the discount, how likely is it that an adjudicator would accept that as grounds to accept an appeal, I understand it can be hard to give a 100 percent answer on this.

Hi Everyone,
I finally got a reply back from wandsworth council and they rejected my appeal, I just recieved the letter today, seems a bit of a long time for a reply, or does the 56 day time not apply in this case as from my calculations it has been 59 days from my appeal to them writing a notice of rejection.

I have attached the notice of rejection and would appreciate any opinions on the next step please.

Hi everyone, My brother finally recieved the rejection notice to his appeal that I sent off to tfl in June 2024. 😂
I have never seen an appeal rejection take this long before.
What should I do about this now?
Luckily my brother hasn't moved in that time.
