Hi Everyone,

My nephew who has recently passed his test got a pcn on Monday morning, he stopped on the footpath to drop off an Auntie who has a blue badge which was not on display. The front of the drive was not clear to park directly outside so he stopped there to get her out and into the house. Which probably took him no more than about 15 mins approx. Unfortunately there is a skip opposite to where he had to park so he parked a bit over to give more room to cars going up the hill.
I know, silly mistake but he is young and knows he was in the wrong.

I have uploaded the pcn and was wondering if there is anything to go on, on this occasion?
Or is it just accept he did a silly mistake and just pay the discount?

I noticed on the pcn that where it has the address it says (opp lp203) it seems to be an incorrect location or is it just me looking at it in the wrong way? I looked on the croydon website pcn and this is not on it on the site.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I just followed that link and from what I gathered from it, i read a reply from user "B789" that this form shouldn't be completed, but an email be sent instead.

Is this still the case with my case? if so, will the email template B789 posted the same what i will need to send?

This will have to go to the adjudicator now if I don't go for the discount, how likely is it that an adjudicator would accept that as grounds to accept an appeal, I understand it can be hard to give a 100 percent answer on this.

Hi Everyone,
I finally got a reply back from wandsworth council and they rejected my appeal, I just recieved the letter today, seems a bit of a long time for a reply, or does the 56 day time not apply in this case as from my calculations it has been 59 days from my appeal to them writing a notice of rejection.

I have attached the notice of rejection and would appreciate any opinions on the next step please.
