Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / RV07134388 - Ribble valley council. Edisford road car park, clitheroe

I had paid for parking. The car park is quite large. I had a disabled passenger with me so wanted to park closer to the footpath. All the normal bays were taken so I had parked in disabled. The road markings are on the floor but there are no signs requesting badge etc. There are no pictures along with the PCN nor on the website from what I can tell of the offense
