Thank you.

Curious to know your opinion though - was I wrong? Shouldn't there be a sign post there?

In their last correspondence they said that the pictures I submitted were not from the right angle, and the place on TFL's plan to erect signs was not visible in the image. I have no idea what TFL's plan is. All I know is there are signs on the opposite site of the road, so I pictured the same angle from the opposite approach.

In any event, thank you for your time.

Thanks for your thorough review.

I have still not paid the PCN, and did apply for review (which was refused). I now owe 180GBP. On one hand, I'm tempted to pay it, and admit defeat. On the other hand, there is no sign at the junction (the date of the PCN was in September '24 and my latest photograph was in March '25 and there was still no sign) and that is simply not fair.

I honestly did not think it would go this far. There is clearly no sign at that junction.

May I please ask your advice? Should I pay or should I seak a personal hearing? Will the cost of the PCN go up further even if it is still in the hands of London Tribunals?

Case Reference 9240533549

Is that the right reference?

Hi All. Thanks so much for your advice.
I was issued a PCN for driving into the congestion charge zone from Park Crescent into Portland Place.
There is a "C" on the ground, which can be obscured by a turning vehicle. There are no signposts turning right into Portland Place from Park Crescent.
There are 2 signposts if you turn left into Portland Place, showing how it SHOULD be displayed.
I've appealed, and even asked for a London Tribunals review. All have been refused.
Am I at fault here?
