I recently received a fine for doing 59mph in the motorway entering the first roadworks camera sp was 50mph zone. I was surprised to not be offered a course so duly paid my fine and three points have been put on my license,  however I've checked my license and they have added a SP30 code who h This charge wasn't as on motorway. Can I do anything now as I think I should of been offered the course,  I do understand the police do not have to offer this but surely if was a sp50 which should of been I would of been able to do the course and avoid the points. I have already done a sp30 course a year ago. I hope this makes sense
