Private parking tickets / Kelly’s storage Luton universal parking enforcement LTD.

Hi, Sorry to jump on this thread but I cannot work out how to start a new case.
I am in a very similar postition. My vehicle was parked in this same location back in June 2024. Received a letter out of the blue from TNC solutions on 20/11/24 PCN saying that PCN has not been paid, neither have I advised them who the keeper or driver was. The time to appeal has now passed. Never received anything from them apart from this £170.00. Thought it was a scam. Ignored it.
Then on 04/12/24 received a letter “NOTICE OF INTENTION TO INSTRUCT SOLICITORS” pay or CCJ will be issued. This was received from TNC. Read up on Martin money tips and people were saying “IGNORE “ “IGNORE”.
Now today from universal parking enforcement LTD. Demanding £170.00.
I was never given the chance to pay at a reduced rate or even appeal at all. I’m at a loss what to do. Would anyone be so kind to guide me into what I should do next.
