Hey there,

So I now have a clearer picture of my charges after SAR request went through.

I have a total of 20 PCN from UKPC which I wasn't aware of due to address change

PCN notices as far back as June 2024

I have since had a CCJ issued with an enforcement officer collecting about £2000 ish pounds

I updated my license 11/12 and V5C 25/2(my fault obviously with the delays)

The date on CCJ is in January with my current address on it and yet they are still sending intial notices after this date to the old address and i am only getting them at the debt recovery/ legal stage.

I have obviously stopped parking at this premise.

I dont know if any of above makes sense but i am just looking for advice on how to proceed.

I was going to email UKPC to appeal remaining charges on grounds of incorrect address for the notices and now CCJ which has not only caused financial strain but also mental strain and its effect on my credit score. I also want to find out which of the 20 notices are covered by the CCJ

Any advice appreciated

I have received a separate letter from BW legal all related to parking at the same place as all the other tickets including the one from the enforcement officer. I have written to UKPC to appeal as i never received any notices prior and to DPO to get all my notices but yet to hear from them.

Any advice on a way forward will be appreciated on how to proceed with BW legal

I have attached the letter.. I have called the officer and was adamant debt needed paid. I just never received any parking notices pertaining to this parking offence. As I have parked in the same area a few times unaware it was permitted only I now have other debt recovery charges from UKPC that have also just arrived since I moved address and updated my address details. Please advice if I can appeal all charges..

I now have a high enforcement officer at my house today while I was away who dropped off a letter saying to contact them to discuss reason for attendance and avoid further escalation and that they would return to collect my car Monday..
I just never received any letters and now I take it’s too late to do anything?

I have updated my V5C and sent a subject access request and data rectification notice to DPO at UK parking control services.

I have since received the following email:

Thank you for your email.

I am in receipt of your request under Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 for the personal data which we hold in relation to the above Parking Charge. However, before we can process your request, we must comply with our Data Protection Policy and guidelines from the DVLA ensuring that only the driver or registered keeper are sent information in relation to the Parking Charge.
 
Unfortunately, we are unable to process your enquiry due to you not providing one of the following:
 
Parking Charge Reference
Vehicle Registration
 
After consultation with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) we can request further documentary evidence to confirm the identity of the requester of the information we hold. Therefore, we ask if you would confirm if you were the driver/registered keeper of the vehicle at the date of the Parking Charge and submit ID evidence (Driving licence/passport) which confirms your details and signature.
 
Emails sent as requests for data release can only be actioned if a signed letter and ID as above are attached to the email.
 
If you are able to provide all of the above, we will be able to look into your enquiry and advise you accordingly.

Shall I just proceed with sending my driving license details as requested.

Sorry yes December 2024.

I am yet to update the V5C. I havent received any PCN as i think they may have been going to the previous address on the DL. Should i email UKPC to find out how many and where those PCN were posted to? Or try access the mail from my old address which is miles away from my current address? All abit messy i know!

My patner doesnt drive so he has no allocated parking at the premise. I only found out about the permit after asking his landlord about the parking rules when i started getting the debt recovery charges.

So my question really is
How do i find out how many more tickets i have and how do i somehow settle this?

Newbie want some advice.

I updated my DL details in December 2025 and i have since then been receiving DCBL recovery charges from parking at my patners address. I have been parking at the same place for over a year mostly at the weekend when i visit and neither I or him were aware of permit requirements until i got the letters. I did pay for two of the initial ones just because i didnt want trouble but now there's 3 more that have arrived in the post all £170. I dont know how many more there are going to send given how long i have been parking at the address and how to proceed with this.

Advice much appreciated.
