Hi, would it be possible to get some help with this please .
I received a PCN for not selecting the month on a visitor permit code 19 , I'm from the north east and was visiting family and arrived at around 2am , it was dark so I rubbed out what I assumed were the correct boxes but having recieved the ticket I realised I didn't scratch out the month box , it was a genuine mistake. Would I be able to appeal this ?
