Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / PCN Carson Rd Lambeth
« on: February 17, 2025, 03:46:34 pm »Today I won 2 appeal hearings at the London Tribunal against Lambeth Council for turning left into Carson Road (Dulwich)from the A205 South Circular.
I believe new prohibitve traffic regulations came into effect at the end of last summer. I was unaware of this.
The PCN’s were issued to me in Oct & Nov. They have now been dismissed due to my evidence proving “insufficient and non-existing warning signs”.
Please encourage anyone you know to challenge similar PCNs.
