Hi, In response to Incandescent, I have uploaded some photos of the location from today. It seems the restriction was introduced on 2nd June, but I am sure I have used a few times after that and only got the ticket this latest time.
I have measured the height of the sign which is over 8ft tall. I have no idea if this correct.

Hi,

Received a PCN for failing to comply with a prohibition of certain types of vehicle. Code 52M in Cherrydown Avenue E4 Southbound.

I do use this road occasionally and did so without any issues previously, perhaps a week or so prior. It looks like they have recently put the cameras and signage, which I did not notice.
It is quite a long road before you get to the end with cars parked either side, and did not notice anything to suggest there had been a change of usage at the end of the road. Having used the road before and checked signage before, I did not realise there had been a change.
Any advice would be appreciated.

this is the location.  https://maps.app.goo.gl/qB5JLGYqvVoWnYKX7

Hi, parked my car and walked away using my phone to pay for parking. Came back to a PCN  on the car. Spoke to the Warden claiming it had not shown as paid on the system, and to challenge it online.
I received the PCN on 5th June and challenged online on 7th June. As yet not received any reply. I checked online and still showing as £55 to pay. Tried the challenge link and says over the 28 day period and could not challenge.
So now do I just wait and see what happens as it’s been almost 2 weeks?
Thanks

Hi, I was driving along London road and turned left in to James street. I then realised it was not where I needed to go and turned the car around and back onto London road. In my confusion I did not realise James street was a one-way hence the
'PCN 29J Failing to comply with a one-way restriction'.
Any advice before I pay. thanks.

Where you have parked is a BUS lane during 7.00 am to 10.00 am and then from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply cp8579, but have actually paid it yesterday. It was my mistake not displaying the badge properly. Thanks for the help you give.

9
Unfortunately I was parked for a couple of hours. It’s a bit personal.
DVLA details are all correct.

Is the above reps, okay?
Thanks

Draft reps. Is this okay?

With regards to this, I would like to ask for your leniency in cancelling the PCN for the following reasons.
The Blue Badge has been held since 2017 and has been used in Redbridge many times before without any issues.
It is normally displayed with the clock, but unfortunately on this occasion as this was a new, renewed Blue Badge, a momentary memory fade caused me to forget to put the Blue Badge in the clock wallet.
The CEO was correct in issuing the PCN, but please exercise discretion on this occasion.
I have now ensured that The Blue Badge has been placed in its rightful place inside the clock wallet.
I thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Thank you for the information. Probably best to pay with this information. Councils need the money and are unlikely to cancel the PCN and rely on us motorists.

13
Does anyone have any suggestions for this pcn?

Hi,
I parked my car on a yellow line and received the PCN. Unfortunately I had just received my renewed Blue Badge and forgot to put it in the wallet with the clock timer and displayed on its own. My mistake and therefore I received the PCN. The link has the PCN and photos for any advise. thanks
