Private parking tickets / Parking charge for waiting 5 mins in private car park after hours, escalated to Small Claim Court

Last year I received a parking charge for spending 5 mins in a private (retail park) car park after hours (picking someone up). I ignored the letter and subsequent letters from them and their debt collection/legal partners.
Today I received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunals service.
The total claim is £260.20, made up of:
£175.20 original claim
£35 court fee
£50 legal representative's costs
This seems rather excessive for the "offence", particularly when all the shops were shut and me parking there wasn't stopping any shoppers doing so.
Do I have a leg to stand on? Would I be able to defend this?
