It was probably a left turn. I can see there are two pedestrian/cycle zone signs on the right and left sides of the road (settle road). I can see that now viewing GSV and looking at the council photos, but when using Waze to get to the designated parent car park, it never crossed my mind I was doing something illegal  :-[

Hi. Hope everyone’s week is going better than mine! I’ve just returned home to find my second PCN of the week (albeit different boroughs). The first was a 52m from Hackney and the second a 53J from Havering.

The main reason I am writing is that after doing some basic research it appears that my 53J was issued based on me dropping my daughter to school, which I have done a few times over the past couple of weeks. My worry is that having just received this PCN dated 24/1 I will be receiving several more! I’m currently in the midst of organising my father’s funeral after his sudden passing and can’t afford to pay all of these (presumably incoming) fines. Can anyone help?
