Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / A1306/Philip Road RM13,

Hey, I received a PCN this morning stated that I was driving on a bus lane, but there was no sign or a line that shows it’s a bus lane.
Even in the letter they sent me it shows I was driving on a normal lane.
I will add all the information and if I can get some help of what I need to do thank you.
