Yes I did.

Not sure why the previous isn't working but here it is.

I decided to email the PE3 form, so it will be in date.

No date on the OfR, just a date to respond by  01/03/2026.

It occurred on 03/03/2025 and from Lewisham Council.

53j - Failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone.

We've not received the pcn in the post, so we waited till the TE3 form.

Thank you.

The date to respond to the OfR is 01/03/26, which makes it today before 4pm.

But I'm pretty sure the Traffic Enforcement centre gives a few more days, don't they?

I'm wondering whether to hold off until Monday, and see what others advise.

I took the screenshot.

But how do you I fight this if they revert the price back to the orginal pcn?
It seems the mistake is at the OfR state as the amount charged does show £195 plus £10 Court registration fee.

I thought it would make it void being a court document.

5
Does the mistake make the OfR void?

Please post up all of the documents you received, incl PCN. If you received a postal PCN, no NtO is served.

We've not received the PCN. Sorry not NtO.

We did not receive the NtO.

What am I allowed to blank out on the OfR before I post?

Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Is this voided?

Hello, the other half received a OfR from the council. However it has the wrong amount. £195 + £10 = £205 but they have written £335 instead.
Does this make it void?
And how do I go about getting it cancelled by the council please?

Thank you.

I have requested all footages and I was told enforcement is paused for 14 days.

Thank you. Should I appeal the first pcn and ask for reconsideration on the other 5, or should I appeal each separately?

My partner has received 6 PCNs for the same contravention which occurred on 6 different days. He had made this journey several times before and did not notice there was now no right turn on Stratheden Road.
He was coming from Prince of Wales Road and at the traffic light there is a sign of no right turn alluding to Shooters Hill Road. At the entrance of Stratheden Road, there are also 2 no right turn signs (on each side) but it is confusing and he assumed it is again alluding to no right turn on Shooters Hill Road.
There is no sign informing drivers it is ahead only, except writing on the road which is easily missed.
There's no sign as you are about to make the right turn as well informing you that it is prohibited.

My partner was only alerted after receiving the first PCN but unfortunately had already gone through another 5 times.

He has burried his head in the sand but this is not going away. Please could I have some help to try and fight these 6 PCNs?

I have read in another post that the videos should be requested from TFL, so I'll get onto that first thing tomorrow.

The deadline to make representation is very soon, I have calculated 11/03/25.

I'm attaching the first PCN only as they are all pretty much the same.

Thank you

Yes, I received an acknowledgement email also dated 21/07/2024.

I was hoping the council had forgotten about it since I've not heard anything back since September 2024...hencewhy I've not check on their website.

However, I have contacted TEC again this morning and they confirmed that the pcn had not yet been registered to them.

Yes the NtO was addressed to me by name.

My partner (who was the driver) originally unsuccessfully challenged the pcn in May 2024.

I then received the NtO in my name dated 24/06/2024 for which I made an online representation on 21/07/2024.

Not received a reply...until CC dated 05/09/2024.
