Good morning,

I believe we have until the 01st October to pay the reduced amount but would like to know if we have any grounds to appeal this.

I note from research that this bus gate is infamous, but has been challenged successfully in the past at tribunal.

Can anyone offer any help please.

Good afternoon, I am seeking help on behalf of my wife who has received a PCN from Harrow Council whilst driving her company car on business.

Does she have any means to appeal the fine/contravention.

Any help much appreciated.

Good morning,

As predicted, I have now received the NOR from WFDC as per the attached.

I received the letter on Friday 02nd May.

Please can you advise next steps and note I will be away (out of the Country) between 10th & 18th May.

Do I need to do anything before I travel.

Good morning,

I believe tomorrow is the final day to submit reps against the EN for this case. Below is what I submitted against the PCN; does anyone suggest I need to add anything else at this stage?

Ref: PCN:FR64506459    VRM:LS67 AAZ

I challenge the said PCN on the following grounds:



1. The video does not show any signs allegedly passed viz. 958 warning sign and 959B bus lane sign.

2. I put you to strict proof that the camera used has the relevant approval from the Secretary of State.


Please cancel the PCN.
