I was made aware by the driver at the time, i did receive at least 1 other letter. also but due to major back surgery they fell very much onto the back burner. Other than what is posted here all paperwork has been lost during a big house clearout. I am aware that several charges have been issued against my car. I have requested details from excel.However I have received a notice of claim on one.I am the keeper of the vehicle, however i was not the driver. They say it must be settled by the 20th or they will issue proceedings.Could you please help me as to what i should do next?
