I was made aware by the driver at the time, i did receive at least 1 other letter. also but due to major back surgery they fell very much onto the back burner. Other than what is posted here all paperwork has been lost during a big house clearout. I will however submit a subject access request anyway just incase i havnt been given all the information.

Also to note this is a maned car park.

I have received a letter before claim against my car from VCS. I am the registered keeper, I was not the driver.

Id be grateful if you could advise me on my next course of action.

I am aware that several charges have been issued against my car. I have requested details from excel.

However I have received a notice of claim on one.

I am the keeper of the vehicle, however i was not the driver. They say it must be settled by the 20th or they will issue proceedings.

Could you please help me as to what i should do next?
