Dear KSKumar,

I just received an email from Hammersmith and Fulham saying that after careful consideration they had decided to cancel my PCN. They explained that the traffic restriction scheme on Rivercourt Rd would carry on.

I do hope H&F cancel your PCN too.

I completely agree with KSKumar and Incandescent. This is dangerous, unfair and a money-making exercise. It is only right that the council should inform satnav providers (which is why I went down this road instead of going down Chiswick Lane as normal). I did not see any signs. I don't think anyone will see the signs until they get a penalty notice. The council will make a huge amount of money from this, which is presumably part of the aim. I will appeal. I hope KSKumar's appeal is successful. It would be great to hear the outcome.
