Having now received the NtK, the timestamp shows entry / exit times rather than the car parked necessarily.

Does this change anything?

Thanks for the response and the counsel on identity.

I never received the original NtK which is suspect so should I ask for a copy or for a proof of delivery, or both?

Private parking tickets / PCN ¦ Permit Holders Only
« on: May 09, 2025, 11:18:08 am »
Having not received the original PCN, I now have 2 reminder notifications issued a day apart demanding the full £100 penalty for a breach of 'permit holders only' parking.

I have attached the notice which is of a rudimentary standard given the photos show entry / exit rather than the car parked specifically. There also isn't a time stamp on the photos.

While the driver fully acknowledges they had parked the vehicle to go into the hotel's restaurant and didn't get an authorisation, are there any grounds for appeal given the quality of the PCN?

The Flame Pit / Traffic Camera Type
« on: September 09, 2023, 12:37:42 pm »
Hi, does anybody know what type of camera this is?

There has been a proliferation of these across London in particular.

Just want to make sure it isn’t a speeding camera!

All, I request advice for an ETA hearing on 24.08.23 in relation to the following matter:

1. PCN issued for contravention 21 in Camden Council on 21.01.23 at 0803
2. Vehicle was a temporary loan covering the date / time of the PCN
3. Following a series of representations, based primarily on vehicle not being owned and Council issuing PCN outside of their own stated policy times, the matter was escalated to Tribunal following rejections
4. Council has issued evidence pack containing loan hire agreement, correspondence with lease company and cancelled NTOs to garage and lease company
5. Only grounds for contesting seems to be procedural impropriety

Any thoughts or advice on best course of action here would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
