Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Re: Hammersmith and Fulham, 52M, prohibition on certain types of vehicle down road, Ravenscourt Park

To whom it may concern,
On the 10/1, at 19.01, I went down Rivercourt Road to visit my friends, at my previous residence, at (insert address). I lived at this address myself until the 24th September and regularly drove down Rivercourt Road as a resident. I also had a parking permit registered with the borough.
Neither myself nor my friends who live at said address were informed of the changes that were taking place down Rivercourt road thus they could not be expected to update, inform, or register in advance my vehicle on Ringo as I’ve seen, in retrospect, is the policy is for local residents.
I was not using this as a cut through to other places, as you know, (insert address) is a very nearby address to this road.
Furthermore, there was no advance signage of the new restriction on the 40mph Great West Road. This is a dual-carriageway with heavy traffic and it is really essential from a safety point of view that motorist are informed of the No Access restriction (except permit holders who already know and are allowed to pass).
My unawareness to the changes that had been made since my previous residency in the area, and the lack of advance signage meant that I had already taken the turning by the time I had any opportunity to potentially see the sign.
I am happy to provide details of my previous residency in the area and the names of the individuals I was visiting.
I would ask for discretion on this occasion for the infringement that occurred.
