Hi,I've been served with a parking charge notice from Euro Car Parks for a car park in Manchester. I've appealed but my appeal has been unsuccessful and so now i've got to appeal to POPLA. I think that the fine is completely wrong so obviously don't think i should pay it. I'd appreciate some advice on where I stand and what i should say to POPLA to give my appeal the best chance.What happened is that i entered the car park at 16:18:40. I bought a ticket using the app at 16:19. Euro Car Parks is saying that I didn't buy a ticket. Obviously this is untrue and I've sent them my electronic ticket/receipt as evidence of this. They have rejected my appeal on the basis that:i) they don't have a record of me buying a ticket (despite the ticket/receipt from the app); andii) the ticket is for the wrong car park and the id number on the ticket doesn't match the car park ID, and they have sent me a picture of the car park signage with the ID number. I'm completely at a loss to understand why they would say this when the number on my ticket does match the car park number on the signage.Any help would be appreciated. Since I've already appealed and its been rejected I want to know on what grounds I don't have much faith that my appeal will be upheld so I want to know how best to go about it, what to say etc. I don't see why I should pay a £100 fine when I've not done anything wrong.
