Hello, I'm hoping somebody can help.
I am the registered keeper of a car and have received the attached PCN. I have read on this forum that Britannia are not PoFA compliant. I must admit, I don't understand why :). Can anybody let me know if the PCN attached is compliant or not and how to respond. If it is compliant I'll get onto Waitrose directly.
