Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Sutton London, 34J: Being in a Bus Lane

Hi FTLA Team,
It was dark and rainy, I had to avoid oncoming traffic. The bus lane changes to two lanes right after which is why I am then on the left side of the road.
Can I get some advice on whether I have reasonable grounds for appeal. Thanks
