I can't regidter without the rejection letter. Rejection letter not yet arrived and they won't freeze the charge. If I go to tribunal, will they revert back to original charge due to letter delays? Also, does my car being written off impact any of this?

Yes that was the plan! However, i have no letter or rejection and time is running out (I have until 18th). Can I write an appeal without the info on the rejection letter from TFL?

I spoke to someone today and asked them to read the letter. In a nutshell I am still at fault for not having a clear exit when entering. They also offer no discount as my representation was not initially made in that discount 14 day period since receiving the letter. I asked whether I would be able to raise this with London Tribunal online and they said they wouldn't know.

Thank you so much.

I uploaded the PCN letter. Apparently they sent the letter of rejection on 24 December but I did not find it in the mail. I phoned today to ask them to email it to me. They said they would post it again and e-mail it so I hope to receive more information soon.

Location: homerton high street/ homerton ambulannce exit

Authority: TFL London;

Appeal included: no sufficient evidenxe procided to show junction was entered when entrance was not clear noting the exit may have been impeded by traffic/ pedestrians.

Noted that I was only stopped for 7 seconds causing no obstructions to vehicles wishing to enter/exit the station.

Requested CCTV evidence.

I received a PCN (TFL) for entering and stopping in a yellow box in London. I made a representation requesting cctv footage as I remember the traffic was changing leading me to get stuck outside the box. I was under the impression I would have enough space to enter. The CCTV was recently sent to me via post in dvd. I did not see a letter of rejection yet (wondering if it got lost)? Do I have any grounds to make an appeal based on the footage? If so will the fine increas? ( money is problematic at the moment).

Your advice would be much appreciated
