Apart from SFM's point I cannot see anything that would win at London Tribunals. The council will reject anything you say, BTW. They keep the penalty money so are hardly unbiased.

Do you think there's no point in appealing this then?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I received a PCN for entering a box junction in Ilford Lane, Redbridge. I genuinely think that because my access was clear, I was OK to attempt to get. Once I'd gotten into the box junction, did the car in front of me break, and leaving the back of my car remaining in the box for about 7-8 seconds.

I've attached the letter, and have attached a screen recording of the recording Redbridge council have provided (I'm the white Ford Focus in the middle lane).

Any help would be much appreciated here.
