Good afternoon ,
so whats happend in my case.
I appealed online on 01/04/2025.
It was said i should received letter by post in 14 days.
17 days past , and I dont received anything.
How you can see , from they automatic reply to my apoeal , its say , i need to contact them if I not received a response , and here is my question , if this is my responsibility to contact them ? There is only phone line , no email address.
Not sure whats to do .
Can i get some advice please ?

The expected answer was either YES or NO. Please edit your answer accordingly if you intend to appeal only as the Keeper.

Was the address on the V5C correct at the time of the alleged contravention? - Yes.

Why was no blue badge displayed? Not placed by accident/or placed but covered by other documents which is lying on dashboard  - I will attach more photo evidence in a next post ,as I was allowed for 4 attachments when open the topic.

You say the keeper has a blue badge. Was the keeper either the driver or a passenger in the vehicle on the day? - Yes.

Car was parked in a disabled bay , badge not displayed.

Register keeper hold valid blue badge.
Letter received just yesterday , but the letter state " a notice to keeper letter has previously been served " also , " as 28 days have now elapsed since the notice to keeper letter was given... "

No letters was received previously.
No PCN was found on car windscreen.
No photographic evidence with PCN on car windscreen.

Please help whats to do.

Just wondering , as I still not received  response for my email with defence which I sent on 07/01/2025 ( just auto reply which says: Thank you for emailing the Claim Response Team in the Civil National Business Centre.Please expect a response to your enquiry in 10 days. )

The status on money claim online shows:

A claim was issued against you on 17/12/2024
Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on 27/12/2024 at 18:07:06
Your acknowledgment of service was received on 30/12/2024 at 01:06:21

The deadline is 20/01/2025 4pm.

What I should to do in this occasion please?

HMCTS letter received.
Issued date 17/12/2024.
I started the process online.
AoS submitted today - 27/12/2024.

1.The Defendant is indebted to the Claimant for Parking Charge issued to vehicle ...
2.The PCN were issued on 16/03/2024
3.The defendant is pursued as the driver of the vehicle for breach of the terms on the signs  ( the contract ).Reason: Unauthorised Vehicle
4.In the alternative the defendant is pursued as the keeper pursuant to POFA 2012,Schedule 4
AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS
1.£170 being the total of the PCN and damages
2.Interest at rate of 8% per annum pursuant to s.69 of the County Courts Act  1984 from the date hereof at a daily rate of £.03 until judgment or sooner payment.
3.Cost and court fees.

Amount claimed £179.88
Court fee £35
Legal repr. cost £50
Total £264.88

I got permit holder on my car windscreen - they state there is not visible , as date are  not visible ( the date is not visable anyway as is writen by pen and due to sunlight is just disapeared anywwy )- so 3/4 permit holder was visible - like always, there is development parking , where the parking place is located to flats, living here 7 years , the permit holder is ALWAYS in same position - all the neighbours got permit holder 3/4 visible , there was not problem at all , just the once.So first I complain to Secure Parking , no results.Apply to POPLA , the outcome was o Parking solutions side , as they said it was not visible in full.
Now letter from court received.
Not sure whats to do next.
Please help me.
