Speeding and other criminal offences / SJP speeding and FTP

I have just received a SJPN for speeding and FTP. I was caught going 28mph in a 20 zone in August and have since missed the NIP due to moving house a day before receiving my new vehicle and completely forgot about the log book being delivered to the old address. I did request for the delivery address and log book for my vehicle to be changed but the dealership was unable to do this.
I then went on to forget about my log book and updating the address (although I have changed the address on my license). As a result I missed my speeding letter and request to provide driver information. I have recenly visited the old address and they had just received my SJP for speeding and FTP.
I understand this is all negligence on my part. Just wondering the best steps to take in terms of pleas as I do not want to get the large amount of points on my license for the FTP. I am currently on a provisional license as I am riding a 125cc motorcycle and cannot afford to get points for speeding and FTP. I do not want to go to court in person as I am quite anxious but understandably very worried.
