Hey everyone,

It just crossed my mind that I still haven’t received an NTO. My understanding is it should have been sent within 28 days. Worried I will get issues due to this. What is the best thing to do now? Contact them advising them that it hasn’t arrived?

I have attached the challenge and the back of the PCN. I only alluded to dropping my child off as I wasn’t aware of any such exemption TBH.

Yes, I am the registered keeper and all DVLA details are up to date.

Yes, I only hanged around long enough to ensure she was safe. And was straight back in the car after that. I had no other business there.

Not sure if it is relevant but I just noticed they got the make of my car wrong

She is 7. I parked and exited the car with her and walked her over across the road to the Flip Out venue and had to stay with her until one of the adults running the Beavers group arrived. As soon as they came and she went in, I came back to the car. Took a max of 10 mins, more like 5-7mins.I have attached both documents

I was dropping my daughter off to Flip Out on a Sunday and was parked there a couple of mins. When I parked, I saw there were some of those small yellow notches (sorry, not sure what they are called) but I was parked where it was just a single yellow line and none of those notches.

I appealed it on the grounds of no visible signs through the route I took and that thge PCN carries a premium rate telephone number that includes a service charge. In accordance with Paul Bateman v Derbyshire County Council.

They refused to cancel and mentioned:

The signs governing single yellow lines are not always nearby. Inside a
Controlled Zone, the information may be on Controlled Zone signs instead.
Controlled Zone signs are like border-crossing signs: you will have passed one
as you entered the zone. The restriction applies during the times shown on the
sign.

They also made no mention of the premium rate number point I raised.

Is it worth going to tribunal with this or should I just cut my losses and pay?
