Hi there

I have now emailed you the documents. I believe we have to do the representations by 12th of June. Please let me know if we should talk before the submission.

Thank you for looking into it.

It was straight cross over road and the signs were unclear. I will go and visit that place and take videos and pics. But this alleged contraventions, if you look at PCN- they have captured these at the same time. Not understanding how 2 contraventions were made at the same time.

Thank you for kindly looking into it. I have to get back to them by 13th of June (Appeal). Already passed the 14days period.

Please let me know.

Thanks

Yes the sign is not clear or fairly visible. What do you recommend now, please? How do you deal with that?

Thanks

Hello

Just received these PCNs from HAVERING council for 52M Contravention code-Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of Vehicle. Surprisingly I have received 2 PCNs for the same alleged contravention at exactly same time. I have attached the PCNs copies with this. I went to pick up food and you can barely see the signs. I believe it was bus only routes (not bus lane) or so.

Here is the link for viewing the attachments:

Could you please advise what might be best options moving forward?

Thanks
Md

Hi

I have received these new letters from NPM (ATTACHED) which say this matter to be potentially transferred soon sto a solicitor. I am ignoring these letters and I believe we have to respond should they send that Loc or solicitor letters which is yet to be issued, right?

Please let me know if you do have any suggestions at this stage.

Your support is much appreciated.

Thanks

Hiya

I have received another letter with a bit more seriousness in it. I believe- I should ignore it? If so- when should I reply or act? What would be their next play? Please advise.

Appreciate your support.

Please find the attached letter.

Thanks you.

Hi

Thanks for your reply. I should have- I was busy dealing with them back and forth. So, you are saying- regardless how much I pay, they will issue charge certificate unless paid in full? I wonder- why this partial payment option is available there. Is it normal or my efforts were seen after all and thus given that option?

Thank you.

Hi

Thank you for your reply. Indeed, it's been helpful. However, I have now receipt the further letter and it appears they have forwarded it to debt agency although in my appeal I strongly oppose to share any information at all.

Could you please suggest in light of considering next steps? I have attached the letter with this.

Much obliged.

Hi

I had a PCN of £130 to pay by tonight for newham council (was also rejected by tribunal). I was emailing back and forth to get it settled at least on instalments. Unfortunately, they have not responded as such other than instructing me to pay it off. However, in the payment section there is an option to pay a partial amount. Could I do a partial payment and they would accept it? Or if full payment not paid, it will issue a Charge Certificate any way? I have attached a screen shot of the payment page.

Sorry should have posted earlier- Would appreciate a reply.

Thanks

Hi

Thank you for your reply. Whats your suggestion at this point then? Should enclose any further documents like being off work (5 months) for the same medical reasons, medication etc?

Appreciate your time and reply.

Hi

Thanks for your reply. When is this PCN likely to be subjected under CCJ then? So what I understood- their next steps, chronologically would be- barrage letters from debt collectors, if sued by them a letter of claim and then my actions towards it. After this entire process, if I don't pay or win, then it gets to CCJ. Right? Until it gets dealt with court eventually between both parties, it does not go to CCJ record does it? I believe it should give myself all the opportunities/avenues to deal with it first rather than jumping into an extreme?

Appreciate your time and reply.
