i never acknowledged it so i guess they cant really confirm that i received it in the first place?It also makes no sense as to why they would wait 5 yrs + to then take me straight to court.

also it will be 6 years by 11 September is there an argument here that this is not enforceable?

They have not sent me any letters in years- I first received a letter when the incident happened. My kids told me to ignore it as its not enforceable. Since then I have not received any letters aside from this court letter. I have submitted a subject access request.

Hi everyone, Hope you can help with this, I have received a letter from a private parking company from nearly 6 years- day of incident 11 September 2017. They have sent me no letters to date apart from now a court form letter indicated that i have to pay £300+. They have also got my name wrong on the letter as i changed it over 2 years ago. Is there anything I can do here?Thanks for your help in advance.

I measured the distance and it is definitely not 2m! It was around 1.6ish

I entered Slough lane by turning right from Old Kenton lane, the signage is definitely not clear and impossible to see from the angle at the junction. Do I have a case here?

Hello everyone, Please may you help me with appealing this ticket. I had no idea there were restrictions on slough lane. I came from Old Kenton Lane which has a sign just before the pub but it's a bit misleading as it could mean that the restrictions apply to the road on the right and not ahead. At the junction there is a sign straight ahead on the other side but it is difficult to see this from where I was and plus the road was full of traffic. You are also not allowed to turn left and then right so the only way I can get home is by taking this junction. The other alternative is to drive out of the way and then do a U turn.
