As many others I received this PCN from this location and thought I'd have a look here before paying up the £65 - and have seen this location has been won by cp8759 many times based on the GLA road consent. Is this still the case the currently.

I'd make a very basic representation:

Dear Royal Borough of Greenwich,

I challenge liability on the basis that the alleged contravention did not occur, I refer you to my informal representations.

If they reject, we appeal to the tribunal and require them to turn up for the hearing. It is exceptionally unlikely that they'll turn up, so that'll be the end of that.

So I've had a response as expected they have sent me a notice of rejection of representation dated 10.11.23. Stating they have checked cctv and my car was present at woolwich roads bound, Maryon Park.

Along with options to pay or appeal within 28 days and notes on the appeal and the notice of appeal, bus lane penalty charge, for London Tribunals.
