Hi all,I was wondering if I had any chance of appealing and winning the case, I am a new driver and got caught out as this is my first experience with temporary parking restrictions, it was late and dark as I parked up and wasn't aware of the sign and what it meant & was greeted with the ticket the next morning. I was wondering if the sign not being visible in the pictures with the car would be enough to get it thrown out?
