That's good news - can you post the initial challenge, their rejection and then your formal reps as this could help other cases.

I submitted the attached grounds at both the formal and informal appeal stages.  I can't find their initial rejection letter (I believe it went into a shredder!).

Hi all,

I won the appeal and Redbridge cancelled the ticket.  They refused initially at the informal stage but buckled at the formal stage!

Hi all,

I parked my car in a bay at this exact location.

I saw the signage which said to pay at the machine. I do have the Ringo App but my phone battery was dead so I went to look for the machine as directed by the sign.  After walking up and down the road, following arrows on the signs they brought me back to a central point where there was a payment machine previously. Its now been removed by the Council but it can still be seen in the Google Street Maps link above.  The sign still says 'pay here at machine' but instead of the removed machine, there is another smaller sign which says 'pay to park with your phone'. So, I had to get my phone charged, which the business owner allowed. After a few minutes I switched it on and logged into Ringo App. It gave me three street location options, but instead of Green Lane, I selected High Rd. Here's the online receipt:



When I returned a short while later to my car, I saw a ticket on my windscreen. See below:





Feeling quite frustrated, I then got another ticket on the Ringo App with the correct location, see below:



I really want to appeal so any help very much appreciated.
