Does this relate to your ongoing case: Appeal rejected for PCN from Buckingham street car park Birmingham

No that one i haven't heard anything from them after the claim response and the case was put aside by judge.

This is the similar case of flipped ticket and i didn't appeal as they will do the same and submitted the claim response same like the last one. This time I have received this form N180.

Hi,

I have submitted the claim response using the procedure suggested for flipped ticket parking fine and I have received small claims track N180 Questionnaire to be filled by 5th January and it was sent on 18th December. I was away for a month for vacation and the timeline was passed. Can i still submit the N180 form? how to fill this form? Please advise.

Hi,
Sorry missed your message. I will share the letter. I’m getting lot of spam calls from DCB legal and I ignored them. Now they sent an email like below on 1st August.Should I respond?
“ Having reviewed the content of your defence, we write to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim.

In due course, the Court will direct both parties to each file a directions questionnaire. In preparation for that, please find attached a copy of the Claimant's, which we confirm has been filed with the Court.

Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our client may be prepared to settle this case - in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us on 0203 434 0433 within 7 days and make immediate reference to this correspondence”

Regards,
Murali

They accepted that there is delay at their end.

I have DM’d you.

Hi,

I have tried to do AOS online but claim number and password given says incorrect.I tried to phone them and queue no is too high.So I have submitted the defence and draft order over email today.

Is it 14 calendar days from date of claim issue or 14 working days that I need to respond?
