Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Help needed with 12 + more incoming ULEZ charges

Hello,
I am in a desperate situation where i currently have 12 ULEZ charges and more are on the way. I have a small landscaping business. The auto pay was set up to go from my joint business account with my business partner. Things have soured between my business partner and I and we are splitting ways. He has taken the money out of the joint account leaving me 0.01p. I also believe that he deleted the email that notified us of our missed ULEZ payment. The missed payment has meant that they cancelled our direct debit and I have therefor been getting fines as the vehicle is in my name and I am moving forward with the business.
Financially I am crippled at the moment until I get my feet again and I cannot afford at the moment to pay the missed ULEZ payment. I cant afford to pay the day charges but will be completing a job in the coming days to hopefully get some money together.
I desperatly hope there is someone who can help get me out of these fines.
