THANKS FOR THE REPLIES SO FAR!My wife (registered owner) and I moved in September 2022, but i guess didn't update the V5C until August 2023.So if one of the contraventions was Feb 2023 I assume the NTO would have gone to the old address. That explains why I wouldn't have got that NTO or any reminders.Would the warrant also have gone there in April 2024 even if the V5C had been updated by that point? That seems like a big oversight considering a year has passed in the interim.No details about the second contravention at all beyond what is in the letter. Only received the letter today so won't be able to contact Wansworth Council until Monday morning, and i don't know how helpful they will be if the matter has already gone to a bailiff. As noted though the PCN number I have got is not on the Wandsworth site - my assumption without speaking to the council is that they take the PCN off the site when they move it to a bailiff. Should i contact CDER for more info?
