Thanks for this advice
I have called Wandsworth Council parking team who are referring me to another area. Indications are that due to the original PCNs never reaching me it may get reduced to original charge.
Wait and see.

They could find the record of both PCNs, so it seems Wandsworth do remove them from the customer facing side at least

Thanks so much.

THANKS FOR THE REPLIES SO FAR!

My wife (registered owner) and I moved in September 2022, but i guess didn't update the V5C until August 2023.

So if one of the contraventions was Feb 2023 I assume the NTO would have gone to the old address. That explains why I wouldn't have got that NTO or any reminders.
Would the warrant also have gone there in April 2024 even if the V5C had been updated by that point? That seems like a big oversight considering a year has passed in the interim.

No details about the second contravention at all beyond what is in the letter. Only received the letter today so won't be able to contact Wansworth Council until Monday morning, and i don't know how helpful they will be if the matter has already gone to a bailiff.

As noted though the PCN number I have got is not on the Wandsworth site - my assumption without speaking to the council is that they take the PCN off the site when they move it to a bailiff.

Should i contact CDER for more info?

Hi all

last week (13/11/24) we received a notice of enforcement from CDER (dated 11/11/24) for an unpaid PCN from Wandsworth Council. This was the first time I was aware of any contravention.
The contravention was for parking in a suspended bay in my road.

The contravention was 09/02/2023 and warrant 23/04/2024. We received no PCN, reminders or notification of the warrant.

The notice of enforcement is at compliance stage (£75) and have until 11/12/24 before it reached enforcement stage.

The info on the letter states:
Reg - VE62NLV
PCN - WA87636888
CDER Reference - 19747711
Amount owed - £204 to council; £75 to CDER = £279.00

TODAY 23/11/24 - received a notice of enforcement reminder for £558!!!
This letter (dated 20/11/24) has 2 x CDER ref numbers and 2 x charges of £279.00 totalling £558.00. One of them matches the above, but not a clue what the other one is. No detail of the PCNs.

Info on this letter:
CDER Ref nos: 19747711 and 19747750
Amount owed: £279 + £279 = £558.00 (no further breakdown)

It also states that BOTH cases will move to enforcement on 11/12/24. No notice of enforcement has been received for case 19747750.

I'm at a bit of a loss.
I have had fines from Wandsworth in the last year. I've disputed and won one and paid any others - this is totally new info. In the past I have always received PCNs and reminders if I've missed the 14 day reduced rate. It seems so unlikely that i would have missed both PCNS letters and reminders AND presumably something when the warrants were issued?? For TWO PCNS as well??

ANd then to not get this second CDER Letter with a second charge without getting the notice first. It all seems a bit weird and I'll be honest i did wonder if it was a scam...

I hope someone can advise one what i can do.

Thanks in advance
Ian
