Ok I can't exactly remeber the wording but it was "2 outstanding 'something'. Might have been violations or something else. My mind wet to fines. As for taking screenshot of conversation,I could not as they ended the conversation and no option of saving it.

Hi. My daughter was picking me up last night from Lhr T3. She went to T4 mistakenly, parked up & called me, I told here weont terminal. She came and picked me up. I went on the website, via their chat box,  to explain the situation and was only told that there were 2 outstanding fines. I asked if I had to pay both no reply and they stopped the conversation. Anyone know what I can do?Thanks
