Wondering if I can use unclear signage to appeal.
Or this will not work and better to pay before the 14 days expire.

First time getting a PCN and was pointed here from Moneysavingexpert website.

Appreciate your help as i believe signage was bit misleading - blame it on a very cold morning.

I have parked on the half of the car on road and other half on footpath. I have checked the signage and thought this was the acceptable area to park as the other side had no parking on footpath.

I did not understand that the sign is indicating start of parking on footpath - first time seeing this as i dont usually park in this location.

I had space on the other side to park but due to misunderstanding the signage parked on the wrong side.

I really appreciate your help on how to appeal this before the 14 day cut-off.
