Private parking tickets / Urgent Assistance Needed Regarding Penalty Charges

Hello,
I need your help, please.
I had a few car parking penalty charges due to forgetting to change the V5 when I moved address. Euro Car Parks has already passed these penalties to the collector, Debt Recovery Plus. I called them as soon as I found out, and we agreed on a payment plan. However, when I returned from a long holiday, I found plenty of letters from Debt Recovery Plus with additional penalty charges to pay. These new charges are different from those I had already planned to pay.
The issue is that it wasn't me who was driving the car from the middle of October 2023 until May 2024.
What steps should I take now to resolve this situation and help myself?
