Private parking tickets / Saba Parking PCN - Failing to park within marked bay - High Wycombe Hospital

I was attending Wycombe Hospital for my 2 month old babies appointment for 10:50am, when I arrived at 10:35am I noticed they had closed the big car park closest to the building where the appointment was, so I followed their diversion signs into a small car park (Car Park A) which was very busy, with cars queuing, the car park was also flooded in the road.
I thought I found a spot on the corner (in the middle of the car park), which was perfect because the normal bays are too small for me to open the car door and take the baby out in the car seat, so I don't know where else I would have parked if I didn't find this spot.
I reversed into the bay, there was clearly a line to my left and behind my car that I saw on my reverse camera, I thought I was in a bay. But when I came back I realised I was parked on the corner and the other side of the bay was not painted. I did not obstruct anyone as cars were still able to get around and reverse out of bays in front of me no problem and no one was waiting for me to move or anything like that when I came back.
I returned and paid for 52 minutes of parking - £3.50 and was greeted by a ticket for failing to park properly in bays. You can't see in the photo but the other side of the car is flooded and with queueing traffic it was hard to tell that there was no bay marking on the other side.
What shall I do? It's £30 if paid within 14 days or £60 after that, never had a parking ticket before in 13 years of driving.
This was when I returned:
I've marked in red my parking spot, you can see it's marked as a diagonal bay.
I want to appeal on the basis that:
1. I saw no signs about parking rules.
2. I thought I was in a marked bay on both sides, I had no idea the other side was not marked, this was not helped with the extra traffic and flooding in the road.
3. I did not obstruct vehicles as they clearly drove past me and no one was waiting.
4. Even if I had parked in a normal bay, they did not provide adequate space for me to get my baby out with her car seat, so what am I supposed to do?
5. They had not provided prior notice of the car park works, I've been coming to this hospital a lot for antenatal appointments, if I was notified of this by the hospital I could have planned to park somewhere else more suitable where I could open my car door to get the baby out easily.
