I take it they are banged to rights and an appeal from me as keeper down this route is likely to be unfruitful?

,I am the registered keeper and owner of the vehicle in question and have received a Notice to Keeper parking charge notice from Euro Parking Services (EPS).The driver was transporting a Blue Badge holder, and their account of events is as follows: They reverse-parked into the only marked disabled parking bay and displayed a valid Blue Badge and timer clock on the front dashboard for the duration of a stay of less than one hour.I’ve uploaded photos of the NTK and the signage:NTK
Signage
The NTK includes two photos showing the rear of the car, both stills taken from a CCTV camera. The EPS website has additional stills from what appears to be the same camera, positioned directly behind the parked car. Conveniently for EPS, all the images show only the rear of the vehicle, with no view of the front dashboard where the Blue Badge was displayed. How likely am I to succeed in an appeal as the registered keeper, on the grounds that the notice was issued in error and that no contravention took place, as the terms and conditions were complied with? The badge holder and driver are hesitant about me sharing photos of the Blue Badge with a private company, and I agree, especially since EPS appears to have issued this notice remotely based solely on footage from a single camera that only captured the rear of the car.Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
