Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Parking Ticket - Haringey

Hello Everyone,
I recently got this letter attached.
They state the contravention however, they dont provide a good evidence on where I parked and how I parked. The picture is so random
Can you please help?
There are two files attached, one is the letter the other one is the only photo they present as evidence, there isn't any other photo.
