I agree it is accumulation of moss(not a grass)and poorly maintained footway.On first photo is where I parked and what was left from markings.Also on two others photos how markings looks on other bays.

Havering upload photos today.It must be about invisible lines,people are parking there on regular basis and it was nothing wrong with that until now.

Hello everyone,

I have received PCN for parking on a bay with barely visible marks,Code:622.
On Havering Traffic Orders web this is 2 wheel park nr 110 and 111 from 2018 till present day.
At PCN review form there are no photographs uploaded,after 3 days from PCN issued.

Can you please advise if this is straightforward their mistakes(imo yes) as there are no visible bay marks,or something else?
