Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Re: ENFIELD COUNCIL PCN PARKED WITHOUT PAYMENT

Thanks, how about now?
I am writing to appeal Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number EF14556973, issued on 31/10/2024, concerning an alleged parking contravention involving my vehicle. The PCN states that the car was located on Hazelwood Lane at the specified time; however, this is incorrect, as the vehicle was not present at this location.
I believe this PCN was issued in error and request its cancellation for the following reasons:
Incorrect Location on PCN: The location listed on the PCN does not align with the actual whereabouts of the car on the date and time specified. I have provided evidence showing that the vehicle was on Aldermans Hill, opposite KBK Studio, at the time in question. This includes the CEO’s photographs and an attached screenshot showing the vehicle’s precise location.
Compliance with Traffic Regulations: As the car was not present at Hazelwood Lane, I could not have breached any parking or traffic regulations there. I kindly request that the council review this case and acknowledge that an error has occurred in issuing this ticket.
Given this information, I respectfully request the cancellation of this PCN. I am confident that the attached evidence supports my claim that the vehicle was not in the location indicated at the time of the alleged contravention.
