Free Traffic Legal Advice

I received a PCN on Saturday 26th October whilst parked off Utting Avenue. I have been parking on the pavement there for 6 years and was astonished to receive a parking ticket after coming back from the Everton match. There has only recently been newly painted yellow lines as previously they were not visible. I along with many other fans were shocked to receive PCN'S as we have never had any trouble in the past parking there.


Is there anything else I can add to this mate?

They are the only photos I have. The free park sign I think is for spaces on the side of the road but not 100% sure as it's a bit confusing. I have attached the GSV view.

Hi. I received a parking ticket whilst at the Everton match last night in a place I have parked for 5/6 years. It's a big piece of pavement with wasteland behind it. A few weeks ago yellow lines were put there along the kerb but everyone still parked there yesterday as didn't think it would affect us to be honest. Is there anything we can do to contest this or just accept it? I have attached photos.
