The 1 minute refers to the time shown on the ticket.

Hello,

I got a PCN for parking on a single yellow for 1 minute.  Is there any way I can appeal this e.g on the basis of loading or something similar. I thought we were allowed 5 minutes to load on single yellow?

The sign says controlled zone between 10-12 and the contravention was between those hours.
I can't seem to upload evidence but here are details:
