Got a response from Enfield, seems you are entitled to park in business parking bays.

I assume the rules do not apply for business permits? Therefore even with a disabled badge you are not entitled to park in these spots?

I will appeal tomorrow on the ground you suggest and see what they say, it’s 50/50 and yes there was no parking anywhere.

I parked in a residential bay in Enfield town to return to see that I have been given a ticket for parking in a residential only bay. My understanding from Enfield Councils website is that I am allowed to park in residential only slots displaying a disabled badge.

Am I missing something?

https://www.enfield.gov.uk/services/parking/disabled-persons-parking-permits.

The website states
In Enfield, you can park for an unlimited time in the following areas:

Car parks:
Disabled bay
Pay to park bay
On-street:
Pay to park bay
Resident permit only bay

The police sent back two 3 point and £100 fine notices.

Do I just send a letter asking them to treat them as one?  Do I have to complete the form before I do that, if I send the letter does it postpone the clock on returning the form?

I've sent the completed forms back today and will wait and see what they respond with before coming back to take a view.  I completely understand about slowing down with the lights, I cannot with any certainty say one way or the other.

Hi,

I have received two NIP notices from Bedfordshire Police on for speeding.  The first is for 35 in a 30 that occurred at 1530 on the A111 Southgate road.  The second, 40 in a 30 occurred on the B556 Mutton Lane at 1532.

I am aware that you have to complete both notices independently to respond, however is there anything that can be done to combine the office as one?

The NIPS are -

Just to close this off Enfield Council responds and cancelled the ticket.

Thanks, I'll put in the appeal tomorrow and see what they say.  You are indeed correct the lines do disappear and are very faint.

I received a ticket for being parked in church street. The ticket is listed as a contravention for being parked in a loading/unloading restricted road.

I did not park in a loading bay but outside of it on a single yellow line, displaying my disabled badge at the time also. I saw today while looking at Google Maps that a No loading sign between 8am and 8pm is displayed with an arrow further down.

Does this mean I am prevented from parking on the single yellow line in this area and the ticket is valid?
